Home > The story of Custmo
A common challenge Niels noted was a lack of functional and organized work and storage space around the different presses. While working Niels saw how space around a press can and should be optimized. This gave him the idea to design and build customized cabinet modules to provide functional and time saving storage specifically for a press.
They were so practical and popular with his clients, Niels Rasmussen decided to start Custmo as a company to design and build customized cabinet systems to fit each printing press’s storage and work needs.
Custmo stands for CUSTom MOdules - or cabinet sections for storage and work specifically customized for presses and print shops.
Custmo cabinetry helps organize parts, materials and tools nearby the press where they can be easily and quickly reached. As a result, job changes run faster and smoother.
Custmo customized modules are built to serve dual purposes. First, they offer functional storage of tools and accessories, and at the same time the steel cabinet top serves as an ideal work surface.
Efficiency occurs by being organized and working smarter. Efficiency is what Custmo products offer. All tools can be accommodated by the Custmo cabinet modules close to the press and properly stored, saving them from being lost or damaged. Sleeves, cylinders, rollers, clichés and a host of other items can be kept within reach for less downtime.
